<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission type display device capable of excellently performing control of transmissivity of a shade, and further to provide a display method and a display program. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission type display device comprises: a display section that transmits light from an outside world through an image take-out area, forms an image of image light output to the image take-out area by an image forming section, outputs light of the image formed to the image take-out area and transmits the light from the outside world through the image take-out area by changing a level of the light therefrom by transmissivity set by a shade 420 having variable light transmissivity; and a controller 230 that determines a first mode having a fixed light intensity determination value for determining intensity of the light of the image formed by the image forming section and a second mode having a variable light intensity determination value, controls the transmissivity of the shade 420 by fixing the light intensity determination value in the first mode and controls the transmissivity of the shade 420 by causing the light intensity determination value to be variable in the second mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
