<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition improved in dissolution profiles of drugs therein. <P>SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical compositions comprising an ionizable drug or a salt thereof, a crystallization inhibitor and a pH modifier, and measurably improved in dissolution rate of the ionizable drug are provided. Specifically, there is provided the composition comprising a megluamine salt of 1-(6-amino-3,5-difluoropyridin-2-yl)-8-chloro-6-fluoro-7-(3-hydroxyazetidin-1-yl)-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid, a crystallization inhibitor and a pH modifier, and measurably improved in dissolution rate of the ionizable drug. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
