PULLEY TYPE CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by standardizing parts of a pulley half body as much as possible.

SOLUTION: Each of the pulley half bodies are common in that it has a cylindrical part outwardly inserted around a corresponding shaft movably in an axial direction and a body part extending from one end side of the cylindrical part in axial direction outward in an radial direction and having a conical surface inclined so as to be positioned in the other side of the cylindrical part in an axial direction of the cylindrical part as going from the inside to the outside in the radial direction. Fixing holes are arranged in the cylindrical part of pulley forming bodies forming fixed pulley half bodies of a driving side and a driven side, sliding grooves allowing the cylindrical parts to move to the corresponding shaft along the axial direction by only a predetermined distance are arranged in the cylindrical part of the pulley forming bodies forming movable pulley half bodies of the driving side and the driven side.
