<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer eco-points to a passenger on the basis of information on a registered passenger during a ride, when calculating the eco-point. <P>SOLUTION: In an eco-point management system, an on-vehicle terminal mounted on an electric vehicle and a management server are connected together via a network. When calculating eco-points, the eco-point management system calculates fuel economy on the basis of a travel distance when a registered passenger is in the vehicle and a power used, and offers eco-points to the passenger according to the preset travel distance and fuel economy.
