In one aspect, the present invention is directed to a dry, flowable and compressible rapamycin composition comprising a specific mixture of hydrophobic and hydrophilic poly(ethylene oxide) -poly(propylene oxide) -poly(ethylene oxide) block copolymers. In other aspects, the present invention is directed to a method of making the composition.
