Provided are a driving circuit for a light-emitting diode and a display device applying the same. The driving circuit includes a power switch and a light modulation circuit. The method includes providing a light modulation signal for modulating pulse width and a high frequency light modulation signal; and multiplying the light modulation signal for modulating pulse width by the high frequency light modulation signal, to provide a driving signal to the power switch. The present invention can improve the light modulation effects of the light-emitting diode.
