POWERED BOGIE FOR MOTOR TRAIN UNIT

Provided is a powered bogie for a motor train unit, comprising a bogie, two groups of wheelsets disposed below the bogie, and a bearing beam disposed above the bogie; a drive gear box is reeved on the axle of each group of wheelset; the power output shaft of the drive gear box is fixedly connected to the wheel of the corresponding wheelset; the bogie is fixedly connected to a rigid drive motor mounting base; the rigid drive motor mounting base is rigidly and fixedly connected to a drive motor; and the drive motor is in a transmission connection with the power input shaft of the drive gear box. In the above solution, the bogie is firstly fixedly connected to the rigid drive motor mounting base, and then the rigid drive motor mounting base is rigidly and fixedly connected to the drive motor; thus the structure of the bogie is simple, facilitating cost reduction; furthermore, the rigid drive motor mounting base has higher fatigue strength, thus overcoming the defects of low fatigue strength and tendency of failure in existing motor hoisting bases; and moreover, the manufacturing process of the rigid drive motor mounting base is also improved.
