X, X1 : H, a functional group of biotin, streptavidin or avidin, a functional moiety composed of a functional group of biotin, streptavidin or avidin, or a linker which connects the functional group to a backbone of (II); m : 2-10; n : 0-1; and R : H, -CH 3, -CH(CH 3) 2, -CH 2CH(CH 3) 2, -CHCH 3CH 2CH 3, -CH 2OH, -CHOH-CH 3, -CH 2SH, -(CH 2) 2SCH 3, -CH 2COOH, -CH 2CONH 2, -(CH 2) 2COOH, -(CH 2) 2CONH 2, -(CH 2) 3CH 2NH 2, -(CH 2) 3NHC-NHNH 2, 5-methyl-1H-imidazole, benzyl, 4-methyl phenol, 3-methyl-1H indole, -CH 2-CH 2-CH 2 or CH 2SSCH 2-.
