PURPOSE: A method for managing a group related to an MO(Mobile Originated) service is provided to efficiently manage gatherings by introducing an MO service server. CONSTITUTION: A meeting management server receives a query message from a group manager through a group identifier(S401). A member management unit determines a communication environment for one or more members(S402). A query message transmitting unit transmits the query message for the members according to the determined communication environment(S403).
