PURPOSE: A construction material and waste vertical dropping device and a method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce the time and costs by rapidly processing the construction materials and wastes with simple human resources. CONSTITUTION: A construction material and waste vertical dropping device(100) comprises a pipe unit(110), a pipe support unit(120), a frame unit(130), a drop unit(140), and a collection unit(150). The collection unit is installed on a part of a wall of a building to be removed, and the frame unit is installed on the upper end. A plurality of pipes is laminated inside the frame unit, and the pipe unit including a packing unit is formed inside the frame unit. The pipe support unit and the drop unit comprise a connection unit and a cylinder unit. The construction material and the wastes are dropped into the pipe unit through the drop unit and are collected in the collection unit. |
