<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector of a terahertz region based on a bolometer with an antenna capable of performing detection on two polarization axes without capacitive coupling. <P>SOLUTION: A terahertz electromagnetic radiation bolometric detector includes at least one bolometer microbridge suspended on a supporting body. The microbridge includes radiation collection means for collecting electromagnetic radiation, including at least one pair of antennas, resistance means subjected to resistance coupling to the collection means, including an individual resistance load subjected to resistance coupling to each antenna, and temperature measuring means electrically insulated from the collection means and the resistance means and thermally coupled to the resistance means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
