<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate accurately and easily the positions of a trimming die and a caul plate being opposed to each other across a resin sheet in a sheet punching device that punches out and trims the resin sheet formed into a molded article by the trimming die. <P>SOLUTION: In the sheet punching device including: a lift drive mechanism 6 set up on a base frame 2; and a fixed frame 3 and a movable frame 4 disposed thereabove, which can trim the molded article by pressing the movable frame 4 supporting a trimming die with the resin sheet mounted on against the caul plate installed on the lower surface of the fixed frame 3, the fixed frame 3 and the movable frame 4 are supported by four poles 8 set upright on the base frame 2, and an upside of each of these poles 8 is formed to be a large diameter and a downside thereof is formed to be a small diameter on the basis of a top dead center of the movable frame 4 as a boundary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
