PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly fix a nut embedded in a fiber reinforced resin member.
SOLUTION: The nut 11 embedded in the fiber reinforced resin member 12 includes cylindrical sections 11b, 11c where a female screw 11a is formed and a circular flange 11d that extends outwardly in the diameter direction from the cylindrical sections 11b, 11c, and a plurality of through-holes 11e disposed in the circumferential direction are formed in the flange 11d. Thus, the nut 11 can definitely prevent slippage with respect to the fiber reinforced resin member 12 by an effect that the shear stress of a resin 16 that enters the through-holes 11e withstands torque when the torque is applied to the nut 11. Because the through-holes 11e are of the same shapes and arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the flange 11d, the slippage of the nut 11 can be more definitely prevented by equally exerting the shear stress withstanding the torque in each section in the circumferential direction of the flange 11d.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
