<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved vaccine to Mycobacterium tuberculosis. <P>SOLUTION: The vaccine to a Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection includes: (i) a fused polypeptide that contains one or more starvation inducement antigens, and at least one of the starvation inducement antigens is a fused polypeptide that is a peptide that consists an amino acid sequence chosen from (a) an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO 14; and (b) an amino acid sequence that includes a T cell epitope and/or a B cell epitope, and has the identity of at least 80% with the SEQ ID NO 14; or (ii) a nucleic acid including a nucleotide sequence that encodes the fused polypeptide of (i). It is desirable that the vaccine is formulated to be administered into skin, in a transdermal way, in a hypodermic way, in an intramuscular way or into a mucous membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
