PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a power storage member without impairing the aesthetic appearance of a bicycle in a holder holding the power storage member.

SOLUTION: A holder 20 is inserted into a sheet tube 12 of a bicycle frame for holding a power storage member 30. The holder 20 includes a restriction part 20a and a holding part 20b. The restriction part 20a contacts with an opening 12a of the sheet tube 12 so as to restrict the movement of the holder 20 in an axial direction of the sheet tube 12 and a direction X that the sheet tube 12 extends. The holding part 20b holds the power storage member 30.
