<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity sensor device which is low cost and has high environmental resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A physical quantity sensor device 1 has a sensor chip 2 for detecting physical quantity, a housing 10 for housing the sensor chip 2, a lead terminal 8 for outputting a detection signal corresponding to the physical quantity, and a bonding wire 5 for electrically connecting the sensor chip 2 and the lead terminal 8, wherein the sensor chip 2, the lead terminal 8, and the bonding wire 5 are covered with an electrically insulative protective film 9, and a height positioning structure 4 for positioning a top surface of the protective film 9 is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
