<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decline in brightness caused by change of white points. <P>SOLUTION: Upon obtaining an instruction from a user (S10), respective gains of R, G, and B in a color-temperature direction and in a deviation direction specified by the instruction are obtained (S11), and the respective products are computed (S12).
