A spared sizing direct spray reactive dye ink consists of the following ingredients (in wt.%): surfactant 0.1-1%, glycerol 5-10%, resin 1-10%, diethylene glycol 3-8%, 2-pyrrolidone 1-10%, propylene glycol 1-10%, ethanol 1-5%, 1,5-pentanediol 5-15%, 1,2-hexanediol 1-8%, 2-ethyl amino ether 2-8%, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether 3-7%, triethanolamine 2-5%, disinfectant 1-5%, reactive dye 10-18% and deionized water to make up to 100%. When the spared sizing direct spray reactive dye ink is used for performing a digital printing on cotton, silk and wool fabrics which are not subjected to sizing by a synthetic sizing prepared from sodium alginate or cardamom, alkali and urea which are served as main raw materials, the obtained digital printing cotton, silk and wool fabrics have high soaping color fastness and light fastness, fresh water resources can be saved to the maximum degree in the production process, sewage discharge is reduced effectively, and the production efficiency is improved. |
