<p>In a clutch actuator for operating a release mechanism, the present invention increases efficiency during release mechanism driving in particular. [Solution] The actuator is for driving the release mechanism of a clutch, and is provided with a motor (3), an output member (7), a ball screw mechanism (5), a trapezoidal screw mechanism (6), and a motive force transmission mechanism (4). The output member (7) is connected to the release mechanism, and can move in the direction of operation of the release mechanism. The rotation in one direction of the ball screw mechanism (5) motor (3) is converted to motion in a first axial direction of the output member (7). The trapezoidal screw mechanism (6) has a self-lock function with respect to reverse driving force from the release mechanism, and converts rotation in the other direction of the motor (3) to motion in a second axial direction of the output member (7). The motive force transmission mechanism (4) transmits the rotation of the motor (3) switching between the ball screw mechanism (5) and the trapezoidal screw mechanism (6).</p> |
