The device (10) has a fastening portion (12) formed by a body in a form of a straight hollow cylinder and a pipe section. A retaining opening (24) for retaining a fastening part i.e. screw, is introduced into the fastening portion. The fastening part comprises fastening surfaces (12a) brought in contact with a vehicle-side fastening structure. A retaining portion (14) extends starting from an outer surface (22) of the body of the fastening portion. The fastening surfaces extend orthogonal to an axis of the retaining opening. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for resilient suspension of a vehicle exhaust gas system at a vehicle-side fastening structure.
