METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CALLIGRAPHIC BEAUTIFICATION OF HANDWRITTEN CHARACTERS

PURPOSE: A method for beautification transformation of written characters and a device thereof are provided to collect writing data of an electronic device, determine stroke structure information corresponding to the writing data, and display different beautification results corresponding to the stroke structure information, thereby supplying the writing data reflecting user personality. CONSTITUTION: A writing input unit(301) collects writing data of user input in real time. When a beautification operation is started, a determination unit(302) determines a start of the beautification operation and stroke structure analysis. A stroke structure analysis unit(303) determines stroke structure information corresponding to the writing data and a start of a beautification operation unit. A beautification unit(304) performs the beautification operation corresponding to a writing beautification method in response to the stroke structure information and a beautification result. A display unit displays the beautification result.
