The method involves using raw material partially made of printed waste paper that contains saturated or aromatic hydrocarbons. The waste paper is comminuted or isolated in a comminuting process. The comminuted or isolated waste paper is whirled or swirled in a space closed from the surrounding by adding humid and hot air or water vapor with a temperature of 60 degree Celsius. The saturated or aromatic hydro carbons are removed and taken from the waste paper by the humid and hot air or by the water vapor. The humid and hot air or the water vapor is discharged from the closed space. An independent claim is included for a system for manufacturing a fibrous suspension, which comprises a comminution device for comminuting or separation of waste paper.
