PURPOSE: An electricity generator coupled with a water level varying unit is provided to contribute to developing energy by using natural forces which are attracting high national interest, to improving the business value of green businesses, and to increasing national competitive power. CONSTITUTION: An electricity generator includes a water level varying unit coupled with the same. The unit is shaped into a piston (6) submerged in a cylindrical body (2), and the volume of the piston is variable. The outer surface of the piston and the inner wall of the body are mutually separated. A liquid is housed in a separated space between the outer surface of the piston and the inner wall of the body and is transportable. The volume of the unit is varied according to power so that the level of the liquid in the body is varied. The unit is capable of comprising a cylinder (4) and the piston, or capable of comprising the cylinder and the piston which have a watertight structure, and the unit is able to have an extra cylinder and piston inside.
