Proposed nozzle comprises case shaped to hollow truncated cone, insert and slit channel formed by insert side face and case wall. Insert is made from material with wettability lower than that of case material. Slit channel is inclined toward insert at 5-20 degrees and features variable width decreasing toward outlet. Insert has ledges made at its working side surface edges and at the center.
