PURPOSE: A food composition including an organic grain enzyme is provided to have an intestinal regulation effect by an organic plum enzyme. CONSTITUTION: A plum extract and malt are mixed and fermented to culture lactobacillus and enzyme activity is boosted to manufacture a plum extract with the increase in enzyme activity. The plum extract with an increase in enzyme activity is mixed with organic grains and fermented. The fermented mixture is dried and mixed with dried yeast. The organic grains are more than one type of grains chosen from an aleurone layer of unpolished rice, unpolished rice bud, germinated unpolished rice and unpolished rice. The fermentation process is carried out at a temperature of 35-38°C for 50-150 hours. Food with grain enzymes comprises the aleurone layer of unpolished rice, 55-85 parts by weight% of rice bud, 10-50 parts by weight% of organic germinated unpolished rice, 1-20 parts by weight% of plum with enzyme activity, 0.1-10 parts by weight% of starch syrup, 0.1-5 parts by weight% of sugar, 0.1-10 parts by weight% of malt, 0.001-5 parts by weight% of dried yeast and 0.001-20 parts by weight% of salt. |
