VOLTAGE REGULATOR WITH IMPROVED LOAD REGULATION AND VOLTAGE REGULATING METHOD

PURPOSE: A voltage supply circuit and an output voltage supply method for improving a load variation characteristic are provided to minimize variation of a charge pump output voltage by actively compensating variation of the charge pump output voltage through a feedback loop. CONSTITUTION: A voltage regulator (20) receives an external power supply voltage and generates charge pump power supply voltage according to comparison between a reference voltage and a feedback voltage. A charge pump (30) charge-pumps the charge pump power supply voltage according to clock and generates charge pump output voltage. The charging pump feedbacks the charge pump output voltage to the voltage regulator through a feedback line connected to the voltage regulator.
