The essence of the invention is that the machine comprises at least three, preferably four baking sheets, which are disposed such that they can be rotated in a plane perpendicular to the vertical supporting column about the supporting column, turned circular-symmetrically about their own axis disposed perpendicular to the supporting column, displaced along the supporting column and locked in end position, and that a slippage preventing element, which is known per se and suited for the reliable turning and conveying of the dough pieces placed on the baking pans, is fastened to the baking pans.
