<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell which preferably reduces contact resistance between a stack and a member for output extraction. <P>SOLUTION: A screw hole 81 of a female screw is formed on a side surface of an upper end plate 7 (a first end plate). On the other hand, a screw part 83 of a male screw is formed at a tip of an output conductive member (a first output conductive member) 77 connected with the first end plate 7. The first end plate 7 is connected with the first output conductive member 77 by threadedly engaging the male screw with the female screw. In particular, a thin film conductive intermediate material 85, made of silver (or silver alloy) and having high conductivity, is disposed on an entire surface in the screw hole 81.
