<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which determines quality of infill inside a borehole by estimating solidification strength of the borehole in an extremely short period of time through on-site measurement of a specific gravity of the infill. <P>SOLUTION: After injecting a certain amount of cement milk into a borehole at a construction site, a sample of the cement milk is taken before the same solidifies. A relation between a specific gravity and compressive strength is obtained by associating the specific gravity of the sample with compressive strength thereof measured after the same solidifies and the relation is shown in a graph. Based on the graph, necessary compressive strength at a foot protection section of the borehole is associated with the specific gravity. Then, the borehole is excavated further to replace soil in the foot protection section by the cement milk. The sample is taken from the replacing cement milk with a sampling device 20 and brought up to the ground for measurement of the specific gravity. When the measured specific gravity is lower than a predetermined specific gravity, the cement milk is additionally injected and mixed with agitation as a corrective work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
