Disclosed is an apparatus for cleaning the inner wall of wellbores and for capturing downhole wellbore debris. An elongated, tubular central mandrel is provided with recesses on its outer surface. Various service elements are interchangeably mounted over the split rings. The various service elements include stabilizers, brush assemblies, junk baskets and magnets.
