A mixing device (24) is arranged in the main line. The branch line is discharged in the mixing device. The mixing device sucks water from the branch line due to a flow of fuel, which flows through the main line and the mixing device. A by-pass line (36) is fluidically connected with the branch line and the main line upstream of the mixing device.
