THE DRYING METHOD OF SLUDGE FOR ALTERNATIVE FUEL

PURPOSE: A drying method of sludge for substitute fuel is provided to save an energy loss, to dry the sludge completely, to offer a simple structure, and to reduce a unit cost of manufacturing since electricity is only needed to generate microwaves. CONSTITUTION: A drying method of sludge for substitute fuel comprises: a step of transferring the sludge on a transfer conveyor; and a step of drying the sludge by the irradiation of microwaves on the transferred sludge. The size of transferred sludge is 15-25mm. The multiple microwaves are installed with an inclination of about 20-35 degrees at about 180mm horizontal interval on the upper side of the transferred sludge. The height between the sludge put on the bottom surface of the transfer conveyor and the microwaves is 50-10mm. The water molecule contained in the sludge is rotated at a high speed. The time difference generated in a gap between the microwaves is removed by operating the microwaves from left to right along the direction of the transfer conveyor.
