PURPOSE: A method for preparing fermented antibacterial spirulina is provided to minimize protein degeneration and to ensure antibacterial property. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing fermented antibacterial spirulina comprises: a step of inoculating Lactobacillus pentosus K34 to spirulina suspension; a step of performing anaerobic culture of the suspension at 5-25°C for 1-7 days; and a step of fermenting by stirring every 30-120 minutes for 30-120 seconds. The spirulina suspension contains 50-150 weight parts of broth based on 100 weight parts of dry spirulina. The suspension contains 100 weight parts of the dry spirulina, 50-150 weight parts of broth, and 70-200 weight parts of distilled water. |
