PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a halibut paste is provided to solve a problem of the shortage of a surimi market due to new kinds of fish development. CONSTITUTION: A head unit and internal organs are removed from halibut. The filler and molting treatment of the halibut are performed. The treated halibut is refined after trituration and water washing treatment. The halibut surimi is manufactured. The mixture is manufactured through the mixing of the halibut. The exhausting and filling of the mixture are performed. The halibut-based products are manufactured by setting, heating, and cooling of the treated mixture. |
