<p>An object surface hazardous substance detection apparatus and detection method. The object surface hazardous substance detection apparatus comprises: a conveyer belt (1) for use in conveying an object, an acquisition apparatus (6) provided to match the conveyer belt (1), where the acquisition apparatus (6) is allowed to acquire automatically a substance absorbed on the surface of the object when the conveyor belt (1) is conveying the object, and a detection module (3) for use in automatic detection of the substance acquired by the acquisition apparatus (6). Also provided in the present invention are, by utilizing the detection apparatus, a method for acquiring the substance absorbed on the surface of the object and a method for detecting whether or not the substance is a hazardous substance. The detection technique of the present invention allows for rapid detection of narcotics, explosives, and other substance particles on cargo and mail surfaces.</p> |
