<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrathin magnetic steel sheet that has no degradation of magnetic properties and is superior in iron loss properties in which the degradation of space factor is avoided, even if an electromagnetic steel sheet with a sheet thickness of 0.10 mm or less is subjected to siliconizing treatment to increase the content of Si in the steel. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrathin magnetic steel sheet contains, by mass%, 0.007% or less of C, 4 to 10% of Si, and 0.005 to 1.0% of Mn, with Fe and inevitable impurities as the balance, and is characterized in that the sheet thickness is between 0.01 and 0.10 mm and the cross section roughness Pa to 1.0 μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
