<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of controlling shock with a creep cut and improving efficiency of energy. <P>SOLUTION: When a gas pedal is maintained in an off-state, a target torque is calculated to become smaller than a predetermined torque for creep running (Tcr/Gr), as a brake operation amount is larger, and a motor is controlled so that the creep cut to reduce a motor output torque Tm2 is performed by a reduced rate value toward the calculated target torque. Then, a reduced rate value is a low rate value ΔTlow, when the motor output torque Tm2 at torque reduction start time to start reduction of the motor output torque Tm2 is assumed the threshold Tref or more, and when the output torque Tm2 at torque reduction start time is less than the threshold Tref, the reduced rate value is assumed to be the high rate value ΔThi.
