摘要

In the present specification, battery degradation is suppressed in a hybrid vehicle having an EV mode for driving without using an engine and an HV mode for driving combining the use of the engine and a motor. A control device of the hybrid vehicle limits the range of use of the battery during the EV mode in the case that there is a request for the vehicle to execute the EV mode according to an input of information from outside to the vehicle compared to during the EV mode in the case that the request for execution is not present. Battery degradation is suppressed by means of limiting the range of use of the battery.
