The present invention relates to a bicycle rack for a bicycle parking tower, and to a bicycle parking tower equipped with same. Provided is a bicycle rack comprising: a plurality of support bars of which one end and the other end are joined spaced apart by a predetermined interval between a pair of chain belts that circulate due to a drive motor in a predetermined position in an internal space of the bicycle parking tower; a body of which the bottom part is equipped with a rest and the top part is rotatably fitted onto the outer circumferential surface of the support bar; a securing member which is fitted around the outer circumferential surface of the support bar and is positioned at both side surfaces on the top part of the body; and an engaging member which is provided in a fashion so as to be able to move by sliding in a predetermined position in the length direction of the body. Also provided is a bicycle parking tower equipped with the bicycle rack.
