PRINTABLE FERROMAGNETIC MATERIAL, PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF

Disclosed is a printable ferromagnetic material, which comprises a ferromagnetic layer prepared by a casting process, and a printable layer distributed on the ferromagnetic layer. The ferromagnetic layer contains, by weight, 80.1%-85.0% of ferromagnetic powder, 15.0%-19.9% of thermoplastics, and 0%-2.0% of processing aid. The ferromagnetic powder is made by blending power with a rough grain size and power with a fine grain size, the average grain size of the power with the fine grain size being 0.1 mum-0.8 mum, the average grain size of the power with the rough grain size being 1 mum-8mum, and the power with the rough grain size being 3-5 times the weight of the power with the fine grain size. By cooperatively using ferromagnetic powder with different grain sizes, the present invention reduces the void ratio, and significantly improves the content of the ferromagnetic powder. Moreover, further disclosed are a preparation method and application of a printable ferromagnetic material.
