The device (1) has a bearing (6) arranged at the device such that the bearing is provided near at a geometric center region than at a geometric edge area of an outer side of the device. The device is rotatably mounted at the bearing at a hearing aid housing (3). A retainer is formed to receive a battery in a force-fit and/or form-fit manner. The bearing is designed as a pin bearing. The hearing aid housing is externally opened or closed by rotation of the device at the bearing in predetermined positions.
