<p>The present invention attempts catalytic access for inhibiting excessive NO2 generation when naturally regenerating a DPF, and relates to an exhaust gas reduction device for inhibiting NO2 generation by applying different catalyst compositions to different sections of a diesel particulate filter, and, according to the present invention, when the different catalyst compositions are applied to the different sections of the diesel particulate filter, externally discharged pollutants can be prevented in advance by significantly reducing NO2 generation during the process of naturally regenerating a DPF, and an exhaust gas after-treatment system can be run economically by eliminating the need for the separate addition of a DeNOx unit such as an expensive SCR.</p> |
