The device has a centrally arranged combustible gas lance comprising a combustible gas channel (6) such that exhaust gas passages (2, 3) open to a combustion chamber and coaxially enclosed by a combustible gas channel of the combustible gas lance. One exhaust gas passage is coaxially enclosed by another exhaust gas passage. Twist creation facilities are arranged at free ends of the exhaust gas passages, where the free ends are turned toward the combustion chamber. The combustible gas lance comprises radially oriented fuel gas nozzles (8).
