PURPOSE: A heat radiation sink assembly is provided to radiate heat generated in a heat source as an air cooling method and a water cooling method by attaching a heat radiation sink to the heat source and by forming a fluid path capable of circulating fluids such as water in the heat radiation sink. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation sink assembly comprises a heat sink, a heat source, a water tank, and a heat radiation sink. The heat sink comprises an inner space for exchanging heat of fluid. The heat source is attached on one surface of the heat sink and supplies heat for heating or cooling fluid flowing the inner space of the heat sink. The fluid is accommodated in the water tank. The heat radiation sink is attached on the one surface of the heat source and radiates the heat generated in the heat source as an air cooling method and as a water cooling method by arranging a second fluid path in which the fluid of the water tank is supplied through first and second circulation pipes.
