PURPOSE: An apparatus for closing a duct keel of a ship is provided to fix a closing plate to the duct keel without entirely welding the duct keel and the closing plate. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(200) for closing a duct keel of a ship comprises multiple locking members(210), a rubber pad(220), and a closing plate(240). The locking members are installed inside the duct keel. The rubber pad is attached to the edge of the duct keel. The closing plate is separated from the rubber pad and comprises multiple cleat devices(230). The closing plate is attached to the duct keel in which the rubber pad is installed. The cleat devices are connected to the locking members to attach the closing plate to the duct keel.
