FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: arched span comprises two inclined arcs, cross links, a string made in the form of a bracing beam with a bridge drive way, and suspensions in the form of guy lines, fixed on arcs and on the bracing beam. The novelty is the fact that each arc comprises upper and lower belts combined to each other by struts, cross links are made in the form of horizontal spacers, upper of which combine upper belts, and the lower ones - lower belts, and links lying in the vertical plane of horizontal spacers. Branches of links are mutually transversely combine upper belts to each other with lower belts, besides, upper ends of guy lines are fixed to the lower belt of arcs in units of struts crossing. Horizontal spacers and branches of links are made as composite from end elements, rigidly fixed to upper and lower belts of arcs, and intermediate inserts, ends of which are joined with end elements by means of bolted welded joints. The bolted welded joint comprises gusset plates with holes fixed in the ends of end elements and intermediate inserts, pads with holes coaxial to holes of gusset plates, combining with the help of high-strength bolts the gusset plates to each other, and two half-cylinders welded along the contour of joined end elements and intermediate inserts.EFFECT: increased operational reliability.3 cl, 6 dwg |
