<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle drive mode guide system which guides an optimum drive mode conforming to a traveling status of a vehicle, and its method. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle drive mode guide system includes: an input part to which a traveling destination of a user is inputted; a road information storage part in which the information of a road state is stored; a real time information storage part which receives and stores environmental information at real time; a vehicle information storage part which stores the information of the vehicle; a control part which derives a travelable route and the drive mode of the vehicle; and an output part which outputs the travelable route and the drive mode transmitted from the control part. The system is characterized in that the control part extracts the travelable route of the vehicle depending on the traveling destination transmitted from the input part, calculates a flow of the estimated energy consumption of the travelable route from information received from the road information storage part, the real time information storage part and the vehicle information storage part, and derives the drive mode conforming to the flow of the estimated energy consumption of the travelable route and the traveling information out of a plurality of the drive modes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
