<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a transparent planar molded body that reduces a refractive index difference between layers of laminate materials such as glass, a transparent electrode, and a resin film in a display and a touch panel device and that does not cause decrease in transmissivity and a visible drawing pattern. <P>SOLUTION: A resin composition for a transparent planar molded body for a display contains resin and metal oxide particles. The average particle diameter of the metal oxide particles is 1 nm or greater and 100 nm or smaller.
