SOLUTION: A recording and playback device 1 is provided with: a dubbing information management unit 23 which, when moving a content to be managed to a destination device 2, acquires an import URI designating the destination of the content from the destination device 2; and a link information management unit 24 which stores the import URI as link information 32 for accessing the content.
