<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive touch panel which is low cost, has high yield rate, and is integrally formed in a simplified assembly process. <P>SOLUTION: An integrally formed capacitive touch panel includes: a single substrate having a first surface to receive a physical tactile input, and a second surface; a mask layer formed on the periphery of the second surface of the single substrate so as to define a sensing area; and a sense circuit integrally coupled with the second surface of the single substrate. The single substrate, the mask layer, and the sense circuit are integrally formed. The sense circuit includes a conductive electrode provided in the sensing area to detect a physical tactile input, and a metal trace formed outside the sensing area and covered with the mask layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
